How Devices Are Evaluated

How are devices evaluated?

Once your device arrives, it is carefully reviewed by our evaluation team to confirm the model and condition selected during checkout. If everything matches your description, your payment is processed promptly. If there is a difference, we will notify you with a revised offer before moving forward.

An “unlocked” phone is not tied to a specific carrier and can be used with compatible networks. Because unlocked devices offer greater flexibility, they may qualify for higher payouts. If you are unsure whether your phone is unlocked, your carrier can assist you.

You do not need to send your SIM card with your device. Please remove your SIM card and any memory cards before shipping. If one is accidentally left inside, it will be securely discarded during processing.

If the device does not match the original condition selected, you will receive a revised offer explaining the adjustment. You are always free to accept the new offer or request to have your device returned to you. We will not issue payment without your approval.

Payment

How and when will I get paid?

You will be able to choose your preferred payment method during checkout. Once your device is received and reviewed, payment is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after approval.

The exact time it takes to receive your funds may vary depending on the payment method selected.

After your device is approved, you will receive a confirmation email once payment has been issued. Delivery time depends on the payment method chosen.

If you believe there is a delay, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes. Digital payment options such as PayPal or Zelle are typically the fastest ways to receive your funds. Once your device has been reviewed and approved, these payment methods are usually sent the same day or within one business day.

Paper checks may take additional time due to mailing and bank processing.

If receiving payment quickly is important to you, we recommend selecting a digital payment option during checkout.

If you need to update your payment details, please contact us as soon as possible. In certain cases, changes can be made before payment is issued. For security reasons, some updates may require verification.

Shipping

What if I’m not sure about the condition of my device?

If you’re unsure, simply choose the condition that best reflects your device. Once your item is received, it will be reviewed to confirm the details provided. If any adjustments are needed, we will notify you before moving forward.

At this time, we only accept shipments from within the United States.

There is no strict limit. You may sell multiple devices in one order or submit separate orders as needed. For larger quantities, you are welcome to contact us directly for assistance.

We take data security seriously. Devices are handled in accordance with industry data protection standards, and our parent company operates as an R2-certified electronics recycler.

However, we strongly recommend that you remove all personal accounts, disable Find My iPhone (or similar features), and perform a factory reset before shipping your device.

Please note that activation locks such as iCloud Lock or Google Lock cannot be removed by us. If a device remains locked to an account, it may not qualify for payment until the lock is removed by the original account holder.

You can usually find your device model number in the settings menu under “About” or “Device Information.” If you’re still unsure, your carrier or manufacturer can help confirm the exact model.

In most cases, you only need to send the device itself. Accessories such as chargers or boxes are not required unless specifically selected during the quote process. If you choose to include accessories, please ensure they match what was selected.

Payment

How long do I have to ship my device?

Your quoted price is valid for a limited time, as market values can change. We recommend shipping your device as soon as possible after completing your order to ensure your offer remains accurate.

After completing your order, you will receive a prepaid shipping label with instructions. Carefully package your device, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

If you need assistance with packaging or shipping, our team is happy to help.

Your prepaid shipping label includes tracking information so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives at our facility. You will also receive a notification once your device has been delivered.

In most cases, the prepaid label will work without any issues. If there is a minor weight difference, the carrier will adjust it accordingly. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before shipping.

Shipments sent using our prepaid label include standard carrier coverage. We recommend packaging your device securely to prevent damage during transit. If you have questions about additional protection options, please contact us.

No problem. If you do not have access to a printer, we will automatically mail you a prepaid shipping label along with a shipping box at no charge.

If you prefer, you are also welcome to ship the device to us on your own before the package arrives.
